These terms govern your use of Pomp’s Exterior Services LLC’s website and booking of our exterior cleaning services. By requesting a quote or scheduling service, you agree to the terms below.
Services & Quotes
All quotes are estimates based on the information you provide and are confirmed after an on-site or photo-based assessment when needed. Final pricing may adjust for scope changes discovered on the day of service.
Scheduling & Access
We provide a fixed arrival window and will text you when we’re on the way. Please ensure we have access to an outdoor water spigot and the areas to be cleaned.
Satisfaction & Liability
If you’re unhappy with any part of the work, contact us within 48 hours and we’ll return to make it right. Pomp’s Exterior Services LLC is licensed and insured; liability is limited to the cost of the service performed.
